A conference call is considered to be the quickest method of getting your team together to make decisions and to share ideas and through iVision's MyConference Audio service.
Customers have a reservation-less 'call-in' service which enables you to make a conference call anywhere, anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

GETTING STARTED
Creating your MyConference Audio account is easy - within minutes you will be creating and running your Audioconference. Here's how;
STEP 1: SIGN UP ONLINE
There are 2 simple payment options Credit Card or Invoice (for approved Account Holders - Conditions Apply).
STEP 2: WELCOME LETTER
Once our registration is approved, you will immediately receive your welcome letter via email, including your Host PIN and Guest PIN.
STEP 3: START CONFERENCING
To conference, simply forward the following to all your guests:
- National Toll-free number: 1800 692 663
- Guest PIN: xxxxxxx
- Time you wish to start the conference call
At the agreed time, you and your Guests will call 1800 692 663. You and your Guests will be asked to enter your respective PINs.The conference call will start as soon as you, as the Host, enter your Host PIN.

FEATURES
MyConference Audio offers you the user complete control over your own management, control and recording of your conferences. As the HOST of our a MyConference audioconference you can access a range of features that make using our service easy and effective.

CALL RECORDING
Record your conference and listen to it as many times as you wish or forward to those who cannot make it to the conference. Once activated, you can choose to start and end recording at any point by simply pressing the *9 key pad option on your phone.
The conference recording can then be downloaded as a WAV file from your web Self Service Account to be listened to online or emailed to participants. It will be stored for 30 days, for you to download as many times as you like.
CONFERENCE CALL MANAGEMENT
As an iVision MyConference Audio customer you will be provided with a Login ID and Password to access your MyConference Audio Self Service Account though the website (www.ivision.com.au/audio-conferencing.phtml). This is a secure area which allows you to better manage your conference call account.

As a dial-in or "reservationless" service, iVision's MyConference Audio provides you a simple, per minute rate that is charged per participant (or 'line') for the amount of time each is in the conference.
