iVision Appoints National Service Delivery Manager

iVision, the leading Australian systems integrator providing Unified Communications (UC) services and solutions, has announced the appointment of David Snapp as National Service Delivery Manager based in Melbourne.
Snapp will be responsible for leading an experienced team of technical support and engineering staff in the consistent delivery of UC services and solutions, and ultimately supporting iVision customers through their UC life cycle.

Having someone with David’s vast and specialised experience in service delivery underpins our services led strategy and commitment to be the leading provider of UC services and solutions in Australia,” said Graham Williams, Managing Director, iVision.
Snapp has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT&T industry, including a wealth of experience in both running and setting up service delivery teams within large, multi-national organisations.
Snapp joins iVision from NEC Australia where he was Executive General Manager, Services, with responsibility for the delivery of service revenue from government and enterprise organisations in areas such as customer delivery, professional services, network operations and field services. At the same time, he delivered on ITIL processes to ensure efficient Incident, Change, Problem and Inventory Management in support of the company’s Managed Services and Maintenance customers.
Snapp previously spent more than seventeen years at AT&T and Lucent Technologies in a variety of senior positions based in the US, Australia and Singapore. Most recently, his roles included Director of Worldwide Services for both the ANZ and ASEAN regions during which time he was also a member of the company’s Asia Pacific Senior Leadership team.

Snapp holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina and a Program Management Certification from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey.
