Multisite SERVICE & PRICE
We are the experts in virtual video meeting services and we specialise in providing a tailored service to meet your needs.
Prior to your meeting we will ensure that all sites are ready to connect and your meeting can begin. Each site is fully tested before your conference proceeds and is registered on our technical database to streamline future conference bookings.
CONNECTION OPTIONS
We dial out to your sites, you or you can dial us We call you. All your participants need to do is be there. You call us. Your participants can call our video number and be automatically connected. You have a choice of 5, 15 or 30-minute pre-dial period options prior to your scheduled meeting start time.
DISPLAY OPTIONS
We offer a large range of screen layout options to ensure the 'look' of your conference best suits your needs. Here's some of the main display options to choose from;
- Voice Activation means the talking party will be seen "full screen" and will switch over when another party speaks.
- Continuous Presence means all sites will appear on the screen at the same time at all times.
PARTICIPANT OPTIONS
What if a participant doesn't have their own equipment?
If participants do not have access to their own Video equipment our co-ordinators can find them the nearest Public Room for them to attend (you can find a list of Public Room Locations here), or they can be added to the conference as audio-only participants. Let our co-ordinators know of your needs and we will assist you in providing a successful video conference.
