• We call you. All your participants need to do is be there.
• You call us. Your participants can call our video number and be automatically connected.
• You have a choice of 5, 15 or 30-minute pre-dial period options prior to your scheduled meeting start time. 

 
 We offer a choice of screen layout options.

•  Voice Activation Option – the talking party will be seen "full screen" and will switch over when another party speaks.
• Continuous Presence Options– All sites will appear on the screen at the same time at all times.

• If participants do not have access to videoconferencing equipment or are called in on short notice they can be added to the conference as audio-only participants.
