Audio Overview

How to MyConference

Just follow these simple steps if you have not used MyConference before:

1. Go to www.myconference.com.au

2. Input details at Sign-up Page and submit

On registration you will receive an email with a Host PIN and Guest PIN
You will also receive your login details for future on-line access to your account

3. Forward Guest PIN, 1800 MYCONF (1800 692 663) & meeting time to your team

4. ll the team calls in at the required time. That’s it!

The conference begins only when you as the host enter your Host PIN. Once your account has been created you can use these same PINs at any time in the future! Or you can also choose to create a new conference online for a different team, department or occasion.

Conference Call management

As a Telstra iVision MyConference Audio customer you will be provided with a Login ID and Password to access your MyConference Audio Self Service Account though the website (www.ivision.com.au/audio-conferencing.phtml). This is a secure area which allows you to better manage your conference call account.

This is where you can:

Edit existing Conference details, for example, edit Conference name details for easier identification
Create a new Conference
Activate additional services, such as, Conference Recording
Download Conference Recordings
Edit you personal and billing details
Change your Login ID and Password
View and pay your invoices online
