MyConference Audio is a Self-service audio solution that provides our customers with incredible value for money compared to other Providers.

With Customer Service and Technical support also available, our customers can create new Conferences and PINS, access and download additional services such as Conference Recording and view and Pay invoices online. Its easy with MyConference Audio.

Audio Overview

MyConference Audio is a self-managed Autdio Conferencing service. Once you have become a customer, you can set up a conference call at anytime without having to make a reservation first.

We will also provide you with your own personal Login ID and Password for your online Self-Care account. MyConference Audio makes conference calling easy!

How to start a MyConference Audio Call

Upon registration you will receive a welcome letter with your personal account information.

1. Forward your participants the following conference details:

Date and Time of your conference call
Guest PIN and appropriate dial-in number

2. At the agreed time, your Guests dial the assigned dial-in number and enter the Guest PIN.

The conference call can start when the Host has joined the conference call with the Host PIN.

A conference call can be initiated at any time in the future without having to make a reservation first.

Conference Call management

As a Telstra iVision MyConference Audio customer you will be provided with your personal Login ID and Password upon registration. The secure Self-Service account will allow you to manage your conference call account online.
