Technical connection issues may be experienced with private equipment / networks that are beyond TelstraiVision’s control as the Bridge Connection provider. In these situations we can work to promptly resolve these issues if you as customer provide us with a Call Out Pre-Authorisation, that enables us to launch your conference via an alternate connection type, such as ISDN Dial Out [where available] or Audio only, via our Video Bridge.

By Pre-Authorising this Call Out TelstraiVision can minimise the impact of these connection issues on your Conference. Please make your selection below.
