There are 2 easy ways you can book your next video conference using our public room service; either online or download and send us your request via fax or email.
If you are already a customer our team can process your Booking immediately, otherwise we'll contact you to confirm payment arrangements.
Another easy way to book with iVision's MyConference Video service is to download and complete our the downloadable Booking Form and submit via fax (03 8420 4001) or email (customerservice@ivision.com.au) to our Customer Service team.
